MTA Refund Policy

Our refund policy is short and to the point:

We guarantee our trading indicators to perform as they are demonstrated on this site and in the training videos if:

• They are used on trading charts using TradeStation 8.1
• A Pentium Class (or higher) computer
• Adequate (RAM) memory, and
• Either XP or Windows 2000 Operating System.

On that basis we have never been asked to make a refund because they always work. The tools are guaranteed to work after the installation. If for some unexplained reason they fail to work, our tech-support department will work with you to remedy the problem. This guarantee is for 90 days, but the software generally works for many years without any problem.

We do not guarantee the product if it is tampered with after installation. If it stops working due to your modification, uninstall, and then reinstall the original product.

The "short and sweet of it" is MTA sales become final at the time of purchase. We don't operate like Wal-Mart and aren't going to encourage traders who like to buy cool things to try and return.
