MTA Refund Policy

Because of the nature of software, the return policy of companies who sell software is different from the return policy for the tangible items they sell, and quite different from companies who sell tangible items.

Most people are familiar with the return policy for something they purchase at Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears, etc, but they have never tried to return software. Accordingly, we have listed the return policy of several major companies who sell software so you can compare that our software return policy is consistent with other sellers of software. In other words, if a person thinks they can return a piece of software after it has been opened the same way they could return a micro-wave, they are in for a surprise.

For example, one of the major sellers of computers and electronics, is TigerDirect. You can see their software return policy near the bottom of the linked page under "Software And Consumables." Tiger Direct Connection Return Policy .

Another major seller of computers and electronics is PC Connection. Their return policy is: PC Connection Return Policy .

At OfficeMax the return policy is: Office Max Return Policy and click on "Easy Returns" at the bottom.

At Staples the return policy is: Staples Return Policy .
