CCI Divergence

Like RSI, MACD and LRS, CCI divergence can be a very powerful indicator. Beth will measure the most recent High/Low against whether that High/Low had a stronger CCI. If not, then she will announce a divergence situation.

For example, (as in the 2nd example in the chart below) suppose the market is climbing and after a brief retracement reached a new High/Close. If that new High/close is matched by a new High/close in CCI, then nothing will be announced. However, if that new High/close was not matched by a higher CCI, then a divergence condition exists, and Beth will speak and say, "CCI bearish divergence." Optionally, she will also announce the chart that is showing the divergence.
