The maximum possible value of TIKI is +30 or - 30. This is because there are only 30 stocks in the DOW Industrial index. If all of them are in an UP tick, then it would have a value of +30.

The concept behind this tool is that if TIKI is -24 (or lower) then most of the DOW component is way DOWN. So, how much longer can that last? (A fairly good reversal prognosticator, especially when used in combination with other tools.)
