CHAT

The CHAT trade is a method to re-enter the market on a “trend day,” in the same direction as the initial move. While the ADX remains high, wait for the market to return to the 20 bar moving average. Then Beth waits for a signal bar in the same direction as the initial move. (Although we label this trade "HG" on our charts, the method here is different than the Holy Grail depicted in the book “Street Smarts,” by Connors and Raschke.)
